From the first meeting with the client to the first iteration, several months of brainstorming and sketches have passed to get to the point of starting modeling the first concepts using 3D programs.
The client had specific requests that we had to respect strictly. Namely, the buildings should be placed in such a way that paved alleys would connect them, but at the same time, it should be at a distance that allows visibility and opens to natural light throughout the year.
The complex stretches on one side of the hill facing south, offering a superb view of the city and the mountains in the distance. The client wants us to design green buildings so carbon emissions will be minimal and heating and cooling systems will use as much natural energy as possible.
